Tony helped us find a rental in South Redondo, while we were in between houses, and then helped us purchase our dream home in Rolling Hills Estates. If we ever decide to sell our home (maybe in 20 years after the kids have gone off to college), we plan to use him! Once you find the RIGHT realtor, no one else will do. Tony has a rare combination of understanding of the buyers process, financial knowledge and, most importantly, kindness. He sat with us well ahead of our planned purchase timeline to get a thorough understanding of what we wanted, and even helped my husband and me come to terms with some of the nuances of our situation and our slightly disparate wants and needs. Tony is a firm believer that whatever is supposed to happen will happen, as long as you are willing to do the work (and willing to get the right people in your corner, to do most of the work for you). He helped us feel comfortable waiting until the PERFECT house came along, and then helped us get the house of our dreams. We never felt pressured, always felt heard, and his patience and perspective balanced us out. He also has amazing contacts, and put us in touch with our mortgage broker. Between Tony and our mortgage broker, the process was so much easier than the purchase and sale of our previous home. It is impossible to overstate how valuable Tony was to the purchase of what we call our Forever Home.
